Q> I can't paint or draw and have no experience. Can I really do this?
A> ABSOLUTELY!! Firstly, don't take yourself so seriously. The majority of our participants have little to no painting experience. Kick back, enjoy the music, and have fun! Your instructor will walk you step-by-step through the project.
Q> What supplies do I need?
A> You'll need a painting canvas (wrapped or board - size your preference), some basic paint brushes, and the basic acrylic paint colors. We recommend a simple tabletop easel for an easy painting experience and an apron to protect your clothes. Oh, and don't forget a cup of water to rinse your brushes along with a paper or plastic plate to mix your paints - unless you have an actual painting palette.
Q> May I use or purchase my own art supplies?
A> Absolutely! As long as you have the basics, you're good! But if you're missing anything or would like to purchase from our site, feel free to visit our online store.
Q> If I order paint supplies from the website, how long will it take to receive?
A> Orders for paint supplies are normally shipped within 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed. Your supplies should arrive anywhere from 1 to 4 business days depending on your geography. Please be certain to account for shipping times when purchasing tickets for an event. Should you have any questions regarding shipping, feel free to contact us by chat.
Q> Why do you use acrylic paint over other types?
A> Acrylic paint is a water based paint but not water color. It dries quickly and is easy to paint over should you make a boo-boo on your project.
Q> How do I know how many tickets to purchase?
A> You only need to purchase one ticket per household group, not per per person. If your group is accessing the event multiple devices, additional tickets must be purchased.
Q> For adult paint and sip events, is it necessary I drink?
A> The whole purpose of the event is to HAVE FUN! So whether you're drinking water, wine, or nothing at all, it's your choice!
Q> Can I schedule a private customizable paint party?
A> Yes! Contact us by sending us a chat and we'll reach out to you ASAP to discuss your event.
Q> I purchased a ticket but changed my mind about the event. What now?
A> We understand things may come up or you may simply change your mind about participating. If you would like a refund, simply shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be honored providing the event date has not passed. You may also receive a credit for future events.
